TUESDAY'S SCRIPTURE
John 1:40-42
Each day we want you to CONNECT with God through worship, prayer, and His Word.
CALL
As you begin your time in His Word today, take a moment to call out to Him in prayer. Ask Him to "open your eyes" as you read through today's passage.

OBSERVE

NOTICE & NOTE
What did God want them to notice throughout this passage?
What notes & takeaways do I have?

EXPLORE & COMMIT
Now that you've identified the takeaways, it's time to explore & examine the areas of your life that God needs to come under the truth. Take a moment to commit & surrender these areas in prayer.
Try this today
One of the first two disciples, Andrew, first goes to his brother to share Who he has found. “We have found the Messiah!” Andrew wasn’t selfish with Jesus; he immediately went to his brother. His enthusiasm jumps off of the pages of Scripture! “Rabbi, I want to stay where you are staying….but wait! I must go tell my brother!” In the next sentence, it’s also easy to see why people were drawn to Jesus. He knew Simon, then appropriately called him Cephas (or Peter). In Aramaic and Greek, respectively, the name means “rock.” Jesus wasn’t a distant Savior but rather a personal one. He knew the men He was calling. How do you view Jesus? Is he a distant Savior, or do you have a personal relationship with Him?

TELL
Now it's time to tell and share with others what God is teaching you! Try this:
*Share your encouraging takeaways with others on your social media! Facebook / Instagram

Share your story with us! We want to celebrate your growth in Christ with you!

MEMORY VERSE
John 1:29
The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!
Today, write the verse by hand three times.
